Oh my classmates what is an atom?

Hush and I’ll tell you what it is

Atoms are everywhere we look

And we cannot live without them

They have neutrons, electrons, and protons

There is a nucleus in each atom

And it consists of protons and neutrons.

The atomic number is the number of protons

And the mass number is the weight

As you can see we have a model

And it is the Bohr Diagram of helium.

Now it is time for our grand surprise

Which is the one and only periodic table

And it consists of e-le-ments

From hydrogen to Law-ren-cium

In conclusion, we are done

Now shut up and go annoy your teachers!

So we can rest and eat ice cream
Which by the way consists of atoms!
